Pickup Locations
At MCO: Mears Connect operates from two locations at Orlando International Airport. Terminal B on Level 1 and Terminal C on Level 1. Terminals A and B are located in the same building.
At the Resort: When exiting the main lobby, turn left and follow the walkway toward American Kitchen Bar & Grill. Pickup is at the curb closest to the restaurant windows.
How to Book Your Shuttle
Booking your Mears Connect shuttle is simple. Your shuttle reservation code is included in the Welcome Letter you receive at check-in. Use it in the hotel’s shuttle reservation portal to reserve seats on the complimentary Disney park shuttle. Once your reservation is complete, you will receive boarding passes, which are required for shuttle access.
For your return trip from the parks back to the resort, the process is the same. Use the same shuttle reservation portal to select your return time slot and make sure to have your boarding passes ready for the ride back.
