Pickup Locations
At MCO: Mears Connect operates from two locations at Orlando International Airport. Terminal B on Level 1 and Terminal C on Level 1. Terminals A and B are located in the same building.
At the Resort: When exiting the main lobby, turn left and follow the walkway toward American Kitchen Bar & Grill. Pickup is at the curb closest to the restaurant windows.
How to Book Your Shuttle
Booking your Mears Connect shuttle is simple. Stop by the front desk and ask for the QR code to access the shuttle reservation portal. From there, select “Renaissance Resort & Spa Shuttle” and enter promo code REN2024 to reserve your seats. Once your reservation is complete, you will receive boarding passes, which are required for shuttle access.
For your return trip from the parks back to the resort, the process is the same. Use the same shuttle reservation portal to select your return time slot and make sure to have your boarding passes ready for the ride back.
