We are located in the Disney Springs® Resort Area within walking distance of world-class shopping, dining, and entertainment.
Is Renaissance Orlando Resort – Disney Springs® Area an Official Walt Disney World® Hotel?
Yes. As an Official Walt Disney World® Hotel, our guests enjoy special Disney benefits, including Early Theme Park Entry and convenient scheduled transportation to the parks.
How does Early Theme Park Entry work?
Guests of Official Walt Disney World® Hotels receive 30-minute Early Theme Park Entry each day at all four theme parks, based on capacity.
A voucher is required and is available at the front desk.
Park admission and valid ticket are required. Early entry does not guarantee attraction access.
Can I purchase Lightning Lane passes early?
Yes. Guests may purchase Lightning Lane passes three (3) days prior to their ticket start date for the full length of their valid ticket.
The booking window opens at 7:00 AM EST.
Lightning Lane purchases and availability are managed by Walt Disney World® and are not controlled by the hotel.
Do you offer Extended Evening Hours or After Hours events?
We do not offer late-night or Extended Evening Theme Park Hours. Those extended evening hours are reserved exclusively for Walt Disney World’s owned and operated Deluxe Resorts.
As an Official Walt Disney World® Hotel, our guests do enjoy Early Theme Park Entry. We also offer convenient, scheduled transportation to the parks.
Disney Transportation
Does the hotel offer a shuttle to Walt Disney World® parks?
Yes. We provide scheduled daily shuttle service to the four main Walt Disney World® theme parks.
Reservations are required. Guests access the shuttle reservation system via QR code at the front desk after check-in. Reservations may be made for up to seven (7) days during your stay.
When reserving, guests should select “Renaissance Resort & Spa Shuttle” and may enter promo code REN2024 in the reservation portal.
Boarding passes are required.
Shuttle service does not operate during certain special after-hours park events.

Is the hotel walkable to Disney Springs®?
Yes. We are located within walking distance of Disney Springs®, offering easy access to dining, shopping, and entertainment.
Family Amenities
Do you provide Pack ‘n Plays or baby cribs?
Yes. Pack ‘n Plays are available upon request after your room has been assigned. Please speak with a guest service team member at check-in. Availability is based on inventory.
Is the hotel family-friendly?
Absolutely. We offer spacious accommodations, a zero-entry heated outdoor pool, Stay & Play weekday programming, and convenient access to Disney Springs®.
Stay & Play takes place Monday–Friday from 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM and includes family-friendly activities in our game zone. Please refer to the Happenings Calendar for current programming.
Rooms & Amenities
Does the resort have a pool?
Yes. We feature a sparkling zero-entry outdoor pool that is heated year-round, along with a spacious pool deck for relaxing after a day at the parks.
Pool hours are 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM daily.
Do you offer fireworks views?
Select rooms may offer distant views depending on location and park schedules. Fireworks visibility is not guaranteed.
Is there a spa?
Yes. Indulged Spa offers a variety of wellness and relaxation treatments. For appointments or inquiries, please contact indulgedspa@renaissancelbv.com.
Is there a fitness center?
Yes. Our fitness center is open 24 hours daily.
Is parking available?
Yes. Valet parking is available at $45 per night (effective January 1, 2026).
Is there a resort fee?
Yes. Our resort fee is $39 per night and includes:
- 2 complimentary drinks per day (coffee at The Grove Café & Brew, or beer or wine at AK Bar)
- Complimentary in-room and public area Wi-Fi • Scheduled wellness classes on the Terrace (Monday–Friday)
- Official Disney Springs® Passport to Savings
- Two (2) bottles of water per room, per day
- Board game rentals (available from Guest Services)
- Keurig coffee maker with pods in room, refreshed daily
- Complimentary shuttle service to Lake Buena Vista Factory Outlets
50% discount on club rentals at Disney Golf locations
As an Official Walt Disney World Hotel, guests also enjoy these added benefits:

Meetings & Location
How close are you to the Orange County Convention Center?
Approximately 10–15 minutes by car, depending on traffic — making Renaissance Orlando Resort – Disney Springs® Area an ideal home base for meetings and conferences.
How far are you from Orlando International Airport?
Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately 20–25 minutes by car, depending on traffic.
For shared shuttle transportation between MCO and the Disney Springs® Resort Area, guests may reserve through Mears Connect.
