Just minutes from the resort, Disney’s Oak Trail Golf Course offers one of the most unique activities at Walt Disney World Golf: FootGolf. It is an energetic mix of soccer and golf played on a certified 9-hole course and a great way to enjoy the outdoors with friends, family, or colleagues.
What Is FootGolf?
FootGolf combines the strategy of golf with the simplicity of kicking a soccer ball. Players kick a regulation number five soccer ball toward an oversized 21-inch cup and try to finish each hole in as few kicks as possible. The course at Disney’s Oak Trail is certified by the American FootGolf League and features a mix of par 3, 4, and 5 holes surrounded by Central Florida wildlife and peaceful scenery.
Why Guests Enjoy It
FootGolf is easy to learn and ideal for all ages and skill levels. The game requires no previous experience, just the ability to kick a soccer ball. It is active and fun, and a round of nine holes usually takes about one hour and fifteen minutes for a group of four. You can bring your own soccer ball or borrow one on-site. Athletic or indoor turf shoes are recommended.
