Something New in the Ground
This Earth Day, our team traded radios for shovels.
On April 22, 2026, team members from across the resort gathered in our courtyard to plant an orange tree. A small act with a story behind it.

Local to the Core
Central Florida and citrus go hand in hand. For generations, this region was defined by groves that stretched in every direction, a landscape that shaped the identity of the area long before the theme parks arrived.
At Renaissance Orlando Resort, one of our core values is connection to local culture. Planting an orange tree on property felt like the most natural way to honor that. It’s a living piece of the neighborhood’s history, right here on our grounds.
And almost immediately after the tree went in, a ladybug made its home on one of the branches. Good luck, good vibes, and a reminder that even small gestures can attract something worth noticing.
Just the Beginning
This is the first of several citrus trees we plan to add around the property in the coming months. It’s the kind of detail you might notice on a morning walk or an afternoon by the pool, a quiet nod to the place we call home.
Discover It for Yourself
The orange tree is now part of the resort’s courtyard, and we’d love for you to see it in person. Whether you’re visiting for a family getaway, a meeting or event, or simply looking to explore what’s new, there’s always something worth discovering here.
