American Kitchen Bar & Grill is the resort’s three-meal restaurant, offering a full breakfast, lunch, and dinner service in a setting designed to bring people together. Communal tables and intimate booths sit side by side, creating a space that works just as well for a family dinner as it does for a quiet meal on your own.
The menu draws on American classics with a global twist, from breakfast staples and made-to-order bagels to shareable starters, sandwiches, and elevated dinner mains. A vintage 1950 Ford pickup truck anchors the breakfast buffet each morning, a signature touch that has become one of the most talked-about details in the space.
At the connected AK Bar, guests are invited to unwind with handcrafted cocktails, curated wines, and local brews. Each evening at 6:00 PM, the Nightly Beverage Ritual features a specially prepared handcrafted drink from our bar team, a small moment worth showing up for.
